• Natwest believes the charges should stand, and we were very surprised they didn't at least make an offer to Mr Blue
• Nevertheless, it's all too late as the matter is in the hands of the court
• They have 28 days from their acknowledgment of the case to put in a defence, if they don’t then Mr Black will win by default

28 Days Passes - Mr Blue Wins By Default

Mr Blue can hardly believe his luck, Natwest for whatever reason do not enter a defence within 28 days and therefore lose by default. He waits about a week, hears nothing from Natwest so decides via the court's website to send the Bailiffs around to Natwest's head office - No this is not a joke! Another £55 fee was paid to the court (standard Bailiff expenses) and within 4 days Mr Blue had received a cheque for the total amount claimed from Natwest, including the recent £55 fee.
